Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 14 business days, most within a week of placing your order. Due to traveling for events, unexpected delays can occur. Look for an announcement on the home page whenever this is the case.

At this time all shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Confirmation and updates are available via Email or the “SHOP” app.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Forgotten Boneyard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Forgotten Boneyard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

All international shipping is done at the buyer’s risk! I ship out of the country all the time and have for years without issue, but please know it is up to you to be aware of your countries laws regarding authentic specimens.Everything else is a non-issue.
